WORLD CORCON 2009, the International conference & Expo on corrosion, being hosted in Mumbai, India, during September 2009, promises to be a relevant forum for a meaningful exchange of information regarding existing and emerging technologies for mitigating losses due to corrosion and extending the service life of assets which is expedient given the prevailing global economic situation.

The conference will focus on four key themes in the context of corrosion control. These include Oil & Gas Industry, RCC & Infrastructure, Materials & Composites and Transportation & Automobiles. Technical talks by eminent speakers and workshops on theme topics are planned. Additionally, an exhibition will also be organised during the conference.
